A vendor is sought to provide a comprehensive PeopleSoft upgrade and implementation solution in Missouri. The project encompasses upgrading the existing PeopleSoft environment and deploying additional modules, including COBRA and FMLA Administration, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Candidate Gateway.

The selected vendor will be responsible for migrating benefits data from an external system into the enhanced Benefits Administration module, as well as consolidating historical data to support seamless ongoing operations. The scope of engagement includes complete project delivery services: project management, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, customization, testing, documentation, cutover planning, and post go-live support.

The overall objective is to deliver a solution that streamlines operations, increases organizational efficiency, and provides enhanced capabilities compared to the current system.
