DESCRIPTION

The agency seeks consulting services for a comprehensive business process review of its PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) environment. The selected vendor will identify, recommend, and implement system configuration and business process changes in consultation with internal stakeholders to enhance system functionality, minimize manual tasks, and maximize the benefits of the software.

Key responsibilities include conducting a functional review of payroll reporting data extraction processes from PeopleSoft HCM for upload to the Public Employees Retirement System, evaluating and improving payroll configurations and integrations to streamline bi-weekly payroll processes, reduce errors, and minimize manual journal activities. The consultant will also support the transition of new hire benefits into PeopleSoft and integrate the agency's recruitment and onboarding software (Governmentjobs.com Inc dba NEOGOV) with PeopleSoft HCM.

Additionally, the vendor will optimize PeopleSoft HCM for human resources operations by identifying methods to track employee rehire status and protected leaves, as well as recommending functionalities within the self-service module that can be leveraged. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by June 15, 2026.
