(1) Vendor needs to provide PeopleSoft applications support services. – PeopleSoft applications across multiple modules, including cash management, accounts payables, accounts receivables, procurement, grants, contracts, asset management, project costing, billing, general ledger, query, nvision reports, and various external interfaces. We will require a vendor with extensive PeopleSoft expertise to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and strategic guidance. – Provide timely break–fix resolution for both standard and custom application functions, achieving system uptime of 99.9%. – Provide on–demand technical services for Application Engine, People Code, SQR, and Integration Broker, completing urgent requests within 48 hours.
