Seeking a people analytics solution to modernize workforce data analysis and reporting for healthcare, including AI-powered dashboards and integration with existing systems.
(1) Vendor needs to provide people analytics solution.– People Analytics (PA) solution that fundamentally improves how we access, analyze, and act on workforce data to achieve better outcomes for agency people and patients.– Transition from a largely manual, time–consuming reporting process – currently reliant on R programming and PowerBI which often takes up to three weeks for complex analysis – to a modern, AI–powered platform that delivers governed answers in seconds.– Solution must include dashboards that address the most pressing healthcare workforce challenges such as nurse retention– Solution must be able to replicate our existing technology hierarchy and support granular access controls based on role (e.g., admin, power user, business leader).– Platform Configuration & Customization: Launch pre–built dashboards that can address healthcare challenges such as nurse attrition while still allowing customization by business unit– Data Integration: Require the ability to inherit existing Workday hierarchies automatically while also defining custom metrics per unit without breaking enterprise roll–ups.– AI/NLP Enablement: Ensure the assistant delivers governed, auditable answers that can be traced back to the data model.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
