South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide a fully-hosted, peer-led learning virtual study platform designed to improve student retention, graduation rates, and overall engagement. The selected solution must leverage a peer-led learning approach to facilitate outreach and engagement with students, offering crucial information and support 24 hours a day via both mobile app and web browser access.

The platform should incorporate gamification to motivate and engage students in their learning journey. It must provide a real-time, web-based dashboard equipped with analytics and data insights accessible to college administrators, including student-specific engagement metrics. Vendor responsibilities include delivering comprehensive training for faculty and supplemental instructors, as well as ongoing support.

The solution must be ADA compliant and fully compatible with Windows and Mac operating systems. Additionally, the web interface should support Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and other browsers. The initial contract period is for one year.
