Vendor needs to provide PDF accessibility remediation solution. Provide a comprehensive, outcomes–based PDF accessibility remediation solution that ensures provided PDF documents are remediated. Provide a tool and remediation services that deliver reliable, scalable automated accessibility corrections, supported by human–in–the–loop review and intervention where automation alone cannot achieve compliance. Fully manual, assisted remediation shall be used only as an exception for complex or non–automatable documents. Ability to deliver an end–to–end remediation approach that strengthens the university’s long–term accessibility workflows while efficiently remediating its current PDF inventory. The contract period will be for one year. Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 20, 2026. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2026.
