Payroll Software

The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide payroll software to support payroll processing, time entry, employee records, reporting, and related payroll administration. The new solution is expected to modernize payroll operations and improve how payroll-related information is managed across the organization.

The software must replace, integrate with, or materially reduce reliance on several existing systems and processes. These include the Microsoft Dynamics GP Payroll Module, which is currently used for payroll processing, employee pay records, earnings, deductions, benefits, remittances, payroll reporting, and related payroll administration; HRIS My Way, which is used for time entry, employee time-related information, and approval workflows supporting payroll; and a paid-on-call firefighter time tracking process that currently relies on a separate system and Excel uploads into payroll.

The new software must also support replacement of, integration with, or efficient import from the firefighter time tracking and Excel upload process. In addition, it must work with the Microsoft Dynamics GP General Ledger system, which is currently used to record payroll costs, allocate payroll expenditures, reconcile payroll clearing accounts, and support financial reporting. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by July 31, 2026.
