(1) Vendor needs to provide payroll and human resources solution– Identify a preferred Proponent for the replacement of the current Payroll, Employee Onboarding, Training & Scheduling and Recruitment solutions.– Payroll is calculated based on these timesheets through the Canadian Payroll Module in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and the payment file is uploaded to the agency financial institute for deposit to the employee’s respective bank accounts.– Monthly payroll is entered manually into the payroll module for processing– The Agency is also considering that a Proponent might have a solution that will also include modules to replace current software that provides employee training and onboarding, recruitment and scheduling as an all–in–one solution. Mandatory Requirements– Ability for administrator to assign user and/or role defined permissions within each module without vendor development or programming– Self–Service – Employees can view and print pay advice slips, and T4s.– Self–Service – Employees can view work schedule, record time (clock in and clock out).– Self–Service – Employees can request time off.– Manager Self–Service – Review and approve/decline time off requests and approve and/or revise (correct) timesheets.– Solution allows robust ad–hoc, user defined reporting– Solution includes commonly used standard reports. Provide list of standard reports with samples– Maintain historical data for current/former employees (e.g. names, employment, job/assignments, performance rating, status and pay (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
