(1) Vendor needs to provide payment processing system.– Vendors to provide a comprehensive payment processing system tailored for governmental or K–12 education environments.– The system must be capable of handling approximately 7,000– 12,000 transactions per month and support centralized account management with sub–account flexibility across 51 campus locations and 5 departments.• The system must meet the following– Fees & Financial Transparency– Reconciliation & Reporting– Technology Reliability– Integration & Usability– Compliance & Security(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2025.
