Ontario agency seeks a payment processing solution integrated with Epic for multiple payment channels and real-time reconciliation.
(1) Vendor needs to provide payment processing solution. • Agency seeking a comprehensive payment processing solution that supports credit and Interact (debit) card transactions across patient and non–patient workflows, with seamless integration into Epic – on prem systems. • Implement a secure, scalable credit and Interact (debit card payment system integrated with Epic – on prem (including MyChart, Welcome Kiosk, and POS). • Process and support payments from all major credit cards including Interact. • Support multiple payment channels: in–person, online, mobile, telephone banking, MyChart portal and text–to–pay. • Ensure real–time or near–real–time reconciliation and posting of payments into Epic – on prem • Provide robust reporting, monitoring, and support capabilities across all markets. • Embed payment windows directly within Epic workflows (MyChart, Point of Sale devices). • Ensure compatibility with Epic Revenue Cycle modules (Cadence, Prelude, Resolute Hospital Billing). • Enable real–time posting and reconciliation of payments into Epic. • Support Epic I Frame transition from current processor to new solution • Provide ability to store/ tokenize credit cards and have the ability to access the token to charge the card outside of a payment plan. • Support for unattended kiosks and mobile bedside delivery. • Multi–tender support (credit/debit, FSA, payroll deduction, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). • Remote payments via telephone payments, phone, text–to–pay, and web portal. • Real–time transaction reporting and workstation activity tracking. • Automated reconciliation across all payment types.
