Vendor needs to provide payment processing software.– Ability for taxpayers to look up tax payment information and make payments online.– Ability to add and modify items, pricing, and other features without requiring external intervention by the vendor.– Ability to accept transactions from all four major credit card networks (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).– Ability to accept transactions for ACH/E–check payments.– Ability to accept transactions from physical card–present options, including magnetic stripe, EMV chip, and contactless/tap–to–pay methods.– Ability to accept transactions from (some or all) mobile and digital wallets, including but not limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Venmo, and PayPal.– Ability to securely exchange data from vendor transaction data repository in CSV, XLS, and PDF format.– Ability to allow the treasurer’s office to suspend online payments by payment type, date range, or other criteria without external support.
