Vendor needs to provide payment gateway provider service. The goal of this engagement is to design, implement, and deploy a secure, scalable, and institutionally extensible payment gateway solution that integrates with Technolutions Slate CRM and Ellucian Banner. The solution must prioritize security and PCI compliance, real-time transaction processing, seamless system integration, operational efficiency and reconciliation accuracy, and provide a positive user experience for students and administrators. Transactions must be reflected in Banner in real-time to enable the University to make admission decisions without delays and to support payment inquiries from prospective students. Third party payees must have the ability to make payments on behalf of students. Students must be able to monitor their payments, payment schedules, and refunds to manage their financial commitments. The solution should provide robust analytics and reporting that enable the University to track and manage payments and refunds in a simplified manner.
