(1) Vendor needs to provide payment gateway e–commerce management system.– Implement a comprehensive, single payment gateway e–commerce management system to support agency business automation and e–commerce initiative– Solution must ensure users, students and parents/authorized users, can navigate effortlessly between the Howdy portal and the vendor’s site, following authentication, without the need for re–authentication or separate logins– System must provide visibility to all charges, payments, and refunds in real time through both Howdy and the vendor’s site. Payment plans should be flexible, supporting multiple installment options– All campus payments must be centralized through a single payment engine—integrating with both online applications and point–of–sale cashier systems(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
