North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive payment gateway and payment processing system for student events. The system must support both in-person point-of-sale transactions, such as those for concessions and athletic ticket sales, and online transactions. The solution is expected to generate detailed monthly billing statements that show deposits, credit card processing charges, and any other applicable fees, with online access to these statements.

The payment system should generate authorization codes for each transaction and provide itemized daily transaction reports, including student ID numbers when appropriate. A reporting dashboard must be included to capture and display sales information in real time, along with the capability to configure checkout pages. Integration with existing ERP systems is required, and the solution must be compliant with PCI/DSS standards, including validated P2PE for cardholder data protection.

Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for promptly notifying the college in the event of any data breaches and supporting subsequent credit monitoring. The contract will be for a period of two years.
