Vendor needs to provide for women's recovery: new beginnings. – Provide statewide leadership of a high–quality mental health and addiction prevention, treatment and recovery system – Promotional and Marketing Services for community/state outreach, conference participation, flyers and videos. – Technical Assistance for promotion, training readiness, implementation, capacity–building, internal outcomes. – Stakeholder collaboration including meeting attendance and partnership development. – Trainer induction/professional development including implementing a multi–step process in state to recruit, train, mentor – Evaluation services that will collect participant information during registration, post–training survey to assess knowledge gained and a mid–implementation survey 8 weeks after training to assess outcomes.
