(1) Vendor needs to provide pavement survey, analysis and pavement management software. – Perform pavement condition collection for roads and to provide a pavement asset management software. – The preference of the agency is that a simpler Software package be utilized. – A desirable Software package would combine the core analysis capabilities of advanced pavement management systems with the ease and flexibility of a Microsoft® Excel (spreadsheet) environment or something similar. – The software should be designed to be flexible and provide the agency with intuitive access to pavement condition data and analysis results with minimal training requirements. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 9, 2025. (3) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 2, 2025.
