The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding the implementation and hosting of the ObservSMART/InvisALERT Solutions patient monitoring system for high-risk patient populations within the VA Enterprise Cloud (VAEC). This initiative aims to streamline patient monitoring and care management by capturing and maintaining critical patient information during provider rounds, ensuring accurate and real-time data for supporting high-quality care.

This Request for Information (RFI) is intended solely for information and planning purposes. All responses from interested vendors should address their technical capabilities to meet the requirements described in the draft Product Description, previous relevant contract experience, and recommendations for contract vehicles. Small businesses are encouraged to describe their team structure and approach to meeting set-aside requirements.
