This is a Sources Sought Notice for Pathology Dictation Software License and Maintenance, issued solely for market research information and planning purposes by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19), for the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. Interested Contractors are to provide information and any Capabilities/Qualifications Statement, including an overview of proposed solutions and a description of the product in accordance with the Statement of Work draft / Salient Characteristics List, as well as responses to a market research questionnaire. The requirement includes multiple types of software licenses and maintenance for dictation and reporting of anatomic pathology, voice recognition systems, Dragon Medical Software or equivalent, customizable templates, integration with VistA HL7, and regulatory compliance with College of American Pathologist (CAP) cancer checklists. The schedule covers a base year (07/01/2026 - 06/30/2027) and four option years, including user and maintenance licenses, CAP licenses, and remote user training. The system must support multiple pathology staff, allow concurrent access, provide training for new users, and have proven integration capabilities and references.
