(1) Vendor needs to provide passenger information display systems to the design, manufacture, testing, delivery, and support of train operating displays, light emitting Diodes and Liquid Crystal Displays signage systems, including all associated control equipment (hardware and software), and test equipment (e.g., Portable Test Unit laptop computers). (2) A pre–bid conference will be held on February 4, 2026. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026.
