DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive passenger flow management solution, delivering a full turn-key system (“Pax Flow System”). The contractor will be responsible for the design, procurement, installation, programming, testing, training, commissioning, as well as ongoing maintenance and support of the system.

This new Pax Flow System will replace the existing system currently operating at Checkpoints in Terminals 3 and 4, which monitors and reports real-time data for security checkpoint queuing wait times and passenger counts. The updated system will also include a people-counting feature at six Sky Train stations, enabling accurate counts of passengers boarding and disembarking trains.

During the transition phase, the contractor must ensure the new Pax Flow System is installed and operated concurrently with the existing legacy systems to maintain uninterrupted operations. The contract will be for a seven-year period, and key deadlines include submitting questions before July 9, 2026, and a pre-bid meeting scheduled for June 30, 2026.
