(1) Vendor needs to provide parks facilities rental and event management services. – Provide all day–to–day services necessary to deliver an efficient, superior quality facility rental and all event management services for Parks’ Managed Facilities. – Provide such Services in the public interest and in accordance with the highest professional and ethical standards • Facility Rental Services • Facility Marketing • Reservation Services to Clients • Reservation Payments, Accounting, and Records • Event Management Services • Preferred Services (catering, rental of tents, tables & chairs, etc.) • Facility Premises, Cleaning, and Maintenance • Rules and Regulations • Use of Facilities by Parks and/or Manager • Fee Structure and Revenue Sharing Plan • Transition Plan (2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on January 21, 2026. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026. (4) The contract period will be five years.
