The state of Ohio is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive parks facilities rental and event management services. The selected firm will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations necessary to deliver efficient, high-quality rental and event management services across Parks’ Managed Facilities.

The scope of services includes facility rental management, marketing of facilities, reservation services for clients, handling reservation payments, accounting, and maintaining records. Additional responsibilities cover end-to-end event management, provisioning of preferred services such as catering and equipment rentals, as well as ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of all facility premises. The vendor will adhere to established rules and regulations and coordinate use of facilities with Parks and management as required.

A clear fee structure and revenue sharing plan will be an essential part of the agreement, along with a transition plan for seamless service commencement. The contract is set for a five-year period, during which the vendor must uphold the highest professional and ethical standards in all operations.
