The city of Stockton, California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services for parks and recreation areas over a three-year period. The scope of work includes supplying all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to maintain these public spaces at a high standard.

Duties will entail weekly inspections for insects, disease, and other signs of stress or damage across turf and plant materials. The vendor will be responsible for regular mechanical edging of turf areas adjacent to infrastructure such as walls, fences, sidewalks, irrigation boxes, and similar features. Routine communications, including work orders and schedule updates, will primarily be conducted via email. Maintenance activities must be performed between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
