(1) Vendor needs to provide parks and recreation landscape maintenance services to the government authority located in Stockton, CA.– All labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, disposal fees and transportation required to accomplish services identified in the contract.– Inspect areas weekly for insects and disease general inspections of turf and plant materials shall be completed weekly for signs of stress or damage.– Primarily use email for routine communication, including work orders, schedule updates, and landscape–related coordination.– Contractor shall perform the required maintenance services between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.– Turf shall be mechanically edged at the following areas: all grass along infrastructure such as walls, fences, foundations, curbs, sidewalks, shrubs, poles, guy wires, irrigation boxes, utility boxes, drain grates and any other object within or immediately adjacent to the turf areas.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 05, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 22, 2025.
