The City of Milpitas, CA is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive parks and landscaping maintenance services for the city's park system and facilities. The scope of work includes providing all necessary labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, and transportation to ensure proper upkeep and appearance of public parks and associated city properties.

The contractor will be responsible for routine and preventative maintenance tasks such as turf management—including mowing, edging, and weed abatement—along with care of irrigation systems, fertilization, seeding, litter and debris removal, and maintenance of playground equipment and surfaces. Additional responsibilities include maintaining both paved and unpaved pathways, caring for trees, shrubs, and ground cover, and performing graffiti abatement. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period.
