(1) Vendor needs to provide parks and landscaping maintenance services to the government authority located in Milpitas, CA.– All labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary for park and landscape maintenance of the city’s park system and city facilities.– Contractor will be responsible for all the routine and preventative maintenance tasks related to park and landscape maintenance.– Turf including mowing, edging, weed abatement, irrigation systems including controllers, fertilization, seeding, fertilization, weed abatement, litter and debris removal, playground equipment and surfaces, paved and unpaved pathways, tree, shrub, and ground cover, and graffiti abatement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
