Scope of work includes selective demolition of interior finishes in visitor-facing public areas and guest rooms, while preserving and protecting existing wood paneling and the limestone fireplace. Upgrades will encompass new millwork, installation of large-format tile and carpet tile flooring, updated lighting fixtures throughout the facility, and a refreshed dining room.
