The agency seeks a vendor to develop a comprehensive parking strategy that will enhance the management of public parking supply and demand in alignment with current housing and transportation policies. The successful consultant will actively engage Guelph residents, businesses, and visitors in the development process, consolidating parking and transportation data and evaluating the existing parking ecosystem. Project management activities are integral, requiring up-to-date issue logs, monthly progress reporting, and detailed budgeting at each project task. Responsibilities also include information gathering, research, communications, community engagement, policy development, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation.

The contract period will be one year, with all questions to be submitted by May 21, 2026.
