(1) Vendor needs to provide parking project service to the government authority located in Owasso, OK. – The project contains grading, paving, and striping of an asphalt parking lot addition. – That portion of the right-of-way on city streets or urban projects not covered by paved surface or sidewalk. – Sidewalk, drainage, and concrete work included. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026. (3) Pre-proposal conference will be held on February 12, 2026.
