The government authority in Maryland is seeking a parking planning consulting firm to oversee and enhance the management and operation of the county’s public parking program. Responsibilities include evaluating, developing, and implementing parking management strategies, reviewing policies, and advising on strategies for program effectiveness.
Consultants will assess methods of revenue collection, review relevant technology, and conduct market and rate-setting studies. Additional services include evaluating and proposing enhancements to customer service programs, leading community outreach and education initiatives, and developing parking demand management and alternative plan proposals. Firms will also provide signage and graphic wayfinding design services, as well as recommendations for revenue collection equipment and access management systems.
