The selected vendor will provide comprehensive, turnkey management of the village's parking system, encompassing all city-owned garages and on-street parking facilities. Services are to include the implementation and full operation of a modern, fully cashless and gateless license plate recognition (LPR) system.
The vendor will handle staffing, daily operations, customer service, financial management and reporting, facility maintenance, safety coordination, and event support for stadium and nearby private events. Additionally, the scope requires the implementation of QR-code-based mobile payment options and support for post-use billing for unpaid parking sessions. The contract will run for a two-year period.
