DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Brookfield, Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive renovation services for parking lots within its property. The scope includes full milling and resurfacing of the lot, conducted in two separate phases, with all work restricted to within the property lines and excluding the public right-of-way.
Additional services required are full restriping of parking spaces, installation of extra parking signage, and landscape improvements such as new plantings and fence replacement primarily along the perimeter. Site lighting upgrades include the replacement of lamps, selective installation of new light poles, and updating of associated overhead wiring, utilizing existing poles, conduit, and wiring where possible.
