The selected vendor will provide parking lot improvement services for a government authority in South Carolina. Work includes mobilization, surveying and layout, utility locating, protection of existing facilities, site safety, temporary access, traffic control, and maintenance of an ADA-compliant public route throughout construction.
The contractor will review existing topographic conditions, including the western-edge ditch that was piped and filled. Responsibilities also include installing and maintaining the construction entrance, silt fencing, inlet protection, and all temporary and permanent erosion and sediment-control measures, as well as stabilizing and restoring disturbed areas.
The work further includes sawcutting and milling existing asphalt and removing and legally disposing of pavement, curbing, fencing, signage, vegetation, debris, and other items identified for removal or affected by construction. Questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
