(1) Vendor needs to provide parking lot and road maintenance services to the government authority located in Scottsdale, AZ.– The intent of the project is to implement greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reductions in the Community through fleet vehicle electrification, installation of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, facilitation of home energy assessments, implementation of a land buy–back program, assisting in the construction of a renewable natural gas (RNG) plant, and improvements to soil management.– Preconstruction Services: The agency will work cooperatively with the Project Team, and will provide, among other services, schedule development, estimate development, program verification, schematic design, design development, Guaranteed Maximum Price (“GMP”) proposal, subcontractor prequalification and bidding, construction documents preparation, constructability review, plan review/ permits, budgeting, value engineering, and preconstruction planning throughout the preconstruction stages(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 12, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 6, 2026
