The project requires the provision of parking guidance and wayfinding services, including the installation and integration of parking occupancy signs. Vendors will need to install two Daktronics (or equivalent) digital signs, each measuring 25 inches by 12 inches. These signs are to be housed in two separate enclosures; note that the foundations and enclosures will already be installed by others.

Additionally, the scope includes installing dynamic message board signs along Coast Highway to provide real-time parking information and enhance wayfinding for visitors. This initiative aims to improve parking management and the overall user experience by delivering accurate and timely parking occupancy data.
