(1) Vendor needs to provide parking expansion service to the government authority located in Texarkana, TX.– Provide the necessary labor, machinery, tools, apparatus, and other items incidental to the proposed construction.– Complete excavation, embankment, and reinforced concrete paving (5“ and 6“) in place.– Remove and store concrete fence and remove and reset safety end treatment (18“) (4:1).– Install steel picket fence/gate system (8 ft) and H/C parking signage.– Perform demolition and removal of existing structures as required.– Install new construction materials and systems as outlined in the specifications.
