The United States Department of Defense, Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate, on behalf of the Executive Services Directorate Pentagon Services Division, intends to award a sole source contract to JLGOV LLC for Parking Enterprise Software Integration and Enterprise Support Services. The contract is designed to ensure the continuation of Parking Management Support Services, maintaining operations while a new competitively awarded contract is being procured.

The anticipated contract period includes a three-month base period and a three-month option period, with flexibility to utilize the option to guarantee full support during unforeseen events. The award will be made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.501.
