The MLPR solution should feature a 3-camera system with required connection equipment for laptops and must support operating systems and API integration with IPS, Mobile Pay, and relevant agencies. The system must provide real-time verification of parking sessions, permit validation, and digital chalk timing. Additionally, back-office support systems, integration, and alerting functionality for agencies regarding criminal matters are required.

Vendors are expected to ensure robust technical support and seamless integration with existing agency systems. All questions related to the RFP must be submitted by March 12, 2026.
