(1) Vendor needs to provide parking counting and occupancy monitoring system.– Furnish and install a parking counting and occupancy monitoring system serving one parking garage and one surface parking lot.– The selected solution must accurately track vehicle ingress and egress in real time, deliver reliable occupancy data for each facility independently, and provide robust cloud–based monitoring, reporting, and integration capabilities.– The system should be scalable, flexible in installation, and designed for long–term reliability.– The system must:• Count vehicles entering and exiting each parking level and area.• Provide real–time occupancy updates with an accuracy rate of ≥ 98%.• Generate historical reports by hour, day, week, month, and year.• Allow monitoring via a secure cloud–based dashboard accessible from any internet connected device.• Support multiple user roles (administrators, operators, read–only viewers).– Technical Requirements• Hardware options may include magnetometers, loop detectors, cameras, infrared sensors, or equivalent proven technology.• Cloud platforms must support API–based data sharing.• Mobile–friendly dashboard preferred.• The system must remain operational and track counts locally in the event of network disruption and sync automatically when connectivity is restored.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 25, 2025.
