The manner and on the date hereinafter specified for the furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, appliances, equipment, services, etc. Garage No. 3 – Lump Sum: • L2 and L3 Ramps: Remove and replace waterproofing membrane and underlying sealants. • New parking line striping • Cleaning and coating of bollards. Unit Price: • Concrete repairs • Expansion joint blockout repairs • Replace slab sealants • Urethane injection repairs. The contract period will be for one year.
