A government authority in Lexington, KY is seeking a qualified vendor to provide annual parking and transportation maintenance services for a local parking garage. The scope of work for Garage No. 3 includes the removal and replacement of the waterproofing membrane and underlying sealants on the L2 and L3 ramps, application of new parking line striping, and cleaning and coating of bollards.

Additional services are required on a unit price basis, including concrete repairs, expansion joint blockout repairs, replacement of slab sealants, and urethane injection repairs as needed.
