A government authority located in Lexington, KY is seeking a qualified vendor to provide maintenance services for parking and transportation facilities over a one-year contract period. The vendor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and related services required to complete the specified maintenance tasks.

Work includes comprehensive improvements and repairs in Garage No. 3, such as removing and replacing the waterproofing membrane and underlying sealants on level L6 and the ramp to L5, new parking line striping on L6, painting the southeast stair metal framing, and painting barrier cable standoffs on levels L4, L5, and L6. Additional tasks entail repairing an EFIS column wrap on L6. Unit-priced items cover a range of concrete slab repairs, replacement of deteriorated metal decks, repairs to curbs, routing and sealing of cracks, parking stop replacements across several levels, concrete stair replacement, and barrier cable repairs.
