DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide maintenance services for its Parking and Revenue Control System (PRCS). The selected vendor will be responsible for maintaining the entire network, including all associated hardware, firmware, and software components. In addition, the vendor will assist with the planning and execution of the full decommissioning of the current PRCS.

The scope of maintenance services includes providing 40 hours per week of maintenance support, along with preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance. Preventive maintenance tasks involve regular inspection of all equipment according to manufacturer specifications and the development and maintenance of an ongoing preventive maintenance schedule. Vendors must also maintain a detailed log documenting all preventive and corrective maintenance activities performed.
