Illinois seeks a vendor to install and support a new campus-wide Parking Access and Revenue Control System, including equipment, software, and training.
(1) Vendor needs to provide parking access and revenue control system. – Installation of a new Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) to support reliable, efficient, and secure parking operations across campus. – The vendor will be responsible for providing all lane equipment, cashier terminals, pay stations, software, infrastructure, and training necessary to achieve a fully operational, reliable, and Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant system. • Remote access users • Pre–existing core and distribution switch interfaces • Wireless point–to–point configuration for certain facilities • Detailed Project Schedule for implementation, training, and testing • Phasing for installation of field devices, performance of acceptance testing, and activation for public use • Wiring diagrams detailing wiring requirements for power, signal, and control systems • Locations for electrical and communications connection points and pathways, including conduit runs, network access points, power panels, and circuits, and server location • Samples: Prepare and submit samples of tickets, reports, and other items requiring selection before meeting to review. • Schematic diagram showing communication between the head end equipment and the field devices. • Provide a system backup and restore plan including server or instance level backups of all key system endpoints and relational databases. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 1, 2025 (3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 20, 2025.
