(1) Vendor needs to provide park sign advertising program services.– Responsible for the full management of the program, including sales, billing, installation, and maintenance of approximately 84 sign marketing opportunities– Manage all invoicing and collection of advertising revenue in a timely and professional manner.– Coordinate the production, installation, and removal of advertising signs, ensuring all signs meet aesthetic and safety standards set by the City.– Maintain accurate and transparent financial records for all program revenue and expenditures (2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
