(1) Vendor needs to provide park project design professional services to the government authority located in Dunwoody, GA. Park project will consist of the development of 9.3 acres owned by the agency intended to create a community focused public park that integrates recreational amenities, pedestrian event structures, and natural outdoor wellness and garden areas. The selected Design Professional shall provide comprehensive professional design services beginning with initial site investigations, including but not limited to surveys, geotechnical evaluations, and related assessments, to confirm existing site conditions and finalize an appropriate Concept Design. Permitting services shall include coordination with all applicable reviewing authorities and incorporate required revisions and resubmissions through permit approvals. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026. (3) A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 13, 2026.
