(1) Vendor needs to provide park playground replacement service to the government authority located in Williamsburg, VA. – Park to include the design, removal and disposal of old equipment, furnishing, installation of new equipment, and replacement of surfacing and border of the play area.– Demolition and disposal: all identified equipment within the projects scope must be demolished, removed and disposed of by the awarded vendor.– Establish foundations: existing surfacing material and borders must be removed and replaced by awarded contractor.– Construction of new playground structures, seating and play area: as agreed in the executed contract, and meeting the mandatory requirements.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 21, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 2, 2026.
