DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Tempe, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive park concession services. This includes operating concession facilities at the park, as well as managing a boat dock for mooring rental boats. The selected vendor will be responsible for maintaining mechanical heating and cooling equipment, building exteriors and roofs, and ensuring the proper functioning of electrical and plumbing fixtures that supply electricity and water to the concession facilities.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining and cleaning restrooms attached to the concession areas, repairing and maintaining boat docks, providing pest control for the exterior of the concession facilities, and maintaining hot water heaters. The contract period will last for one year.
