(1) Vendor needs to provide paperless solutions onbase license renewal services.– OnBase license maintenance and support for the complaint unit processing system.– OnBase license is an enterprise content management software that integrates document management, business process management and records management in a single application, utilized for the agency’s complaint unit processing system. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 10,2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
