(1) Vendor needs to provide PantryLink challenge services.– Design and implement a scalable, participant–centered solution to enhance the City’s emergency food assistance system.– Creation of a voucher system, distributed by providers to clients, for purchase on–line and/or in–person– Provide vouchers and apply balances for purchases of approved items, delivery fees, tax, and tip as applicable.– Edit/curate the list of approved items as directed– Onboard clients, selected by the pantry provider or designee, into the pilot program.– Provide technical assistance to clients on how to utilize their voucher.– Track activation and utilization of the vouchers by clients.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
