A nonprofit organization seeks a paid media manager to execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns that support initiatives in environmental conservation, social justice, cultural arts, and similar progressive causes. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience managing digital advertising efforts, including expertise in paid search, across major platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
Responsibilities include launching and managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, paid social, CTV, and programmatic platforms. The manager is expected to track campaign performance, analyze trends and risks, and implement strategic optimizations regarding bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creative assets. Integration of campaigns with CRM or donation platforms like Salesforce, Engaging Networks, EveryAction, Classy, or Blackbaud is also required. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams, including Creative, Analytics, Finance, and Client Services, to achieve campaign objectives.
