(1) Vendor needs to provide owners representative services to the government authority located in Seguin, TX.– Project schedule oversight and analysis with regular reports to county project committee and commissioners court.– Contract administration.– Processing, review and approval of contractor pay requests.– Design change management and reporting.– Project budget oversight, management and reporting.– Compliance inspections and progress reporting.– Conflict resolution and problem solving.– Quality control.– Change order management and reporting with recommendations to project committee and commissioners court.– Document control.– Quality assurance.– Punch list coordination.– Assist end user with special procurement and completing build–out.– Collection and distribution of closeout documents.– Budget reconciliation.(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 25, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
