The government authority in Kittery, Maine is seeking a qualified vendor to provide owners project management services for a substantial site amenities upgrade. The project includes enhancements to sports fields, playgrounds, a water-play recreation area, seating areas, a basketball court, toddlers’ nature play area, pump track, outdoor theatre, and plaza. Additionally, improvements are planned for the entry plaza and parking, landscaping and irrigation, as well as site storage.
The selected firm will be responsible for collaborating closely with the Steering Committee to deliver project updates and expert guidance.
