(1) Vendor needs to provide oversight consultant for implementation of softpak customer service, billing and routing software for sanitation operations. – To provide independent oversight and advisory services for the implementation of SoftPak customer service, billing, and routing software with Elavon/Fusebox payment processing and 3rd Eye in–cab technology. The consultant will act as an owner’s representative, validating deliverables, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring that the transition is completed within 90–120 days. The consultant will not serve as the day–to–day project manager but will provide independent assurance that milestones are met, and risks addressed. • Environmental Programs & Operations – Workflow validation, service request integration, driver and customer service training, operational reporting. • Finance – Billing process review, account reconciliation, reporting accuracy, credit card/e–check fee policy compliance. • IT – Data migration oversight, security validation, API and gateway configuration (for example ensuring encryption and secure authentication methods are properly implemented where appropriate), system continuity, and ongoing support coordination.
